How Long Will My Order Take?

Please allow approximately 1 week from date of order for “in stock” items to ship from our California warehouse. Depending on your geographical location shipping times can take between 1-2 weeks. Local deliveries (Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties) can usually be scheduled on a next day basis. For items that are “not in stock”, please allow between 9-10 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks for transit times. “Not in stock” products are usually items that are special order fabric and leather colors.

Why are your prices so reasonable compared elsewhere?
Our low overhead factory direct business model helps us streamline the traditional “brick and mortar” furniture store model. Firstly, compared to our competitors, we do not have the overhead cost associated with operating high rent showrooms nationwide. Secondly, we shipped our furniture direct from our factory distribution warehouses as opposed to shipping to a store and the shipping again to the customer. Thirdly, You save even more money when your order is shipped outside of California because you don't pay sales tax. California orders are still subject to applicable sales tax.

How Do I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Due to our high volume of orders, customers have 24 hours to change an order and 48 hours to cancel an order from the date of purchase.

What If My Furniture Arrives Damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for some reason it is damaged please note it on the bill of lading and refuse delivery of shipment. Please contact us immediately to schedule a replacement shipment. Classic Modern is not held responsible for any order issues not originally recorded on the bill of lading. In the event of receiving damaged goods one of our customer care representatives will process a replacement order at no charge.

What is the Classic Modern Return Policy?
PlanetSofa offer a hassle-free 30 day return policy on all of furniture. If you are unhappy for whatever reason within 30 days please contact us and we will schedule return of your item. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to regular order items. Special order items will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Customers may return for exchange for another item or for a courteous refund less restocking and actual freight charges.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Received?

You will receive an immeadiate confirmation page upon placing your order. You will receive a second email confirmation within 12-48 hours showing any applicable delivery fees.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your furniture is scheduled for delivery. We will send you a tracking link where you can view the delivery status of your order with an estimated delivery date.
